All software products sold on Kofax Shop are subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) of the respective software manufacturer.

2. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered digitally via email immediately after a successful payment. Please ensure your email address is correct during checkout.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software licenses, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued. However, if you experience technical issues, our support team is available 24/7.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kofax Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
