1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Once a license key or download link is delivered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of digital products.
2. Exceptions (Eligible for Review)
A refund may be considered only if:
- You received an incorrect product
- The license key is proven invalid or non-functional
- The product was never delivered to your email
Refunds are issued only after verification.
3. Replacement Support
If your download link or license key is lost, corrupted, or inaccessible, we will re-issue it at no cost.
